The Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau is a “one-stop shop” that provides solutions, event planning assistance, and local knowledge. The authority’s international offices can help by researching bid opportunities, facilitating tailored bid strategies to ensure competitiveness, providing destination promotional collateral, and increasing delegate numbers.

The primary mission of the Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau is to promote the emirate as a dynamic global business events leader. Since March 2013, it has efficiently, effectively, and transparently driven and supported the development and promotion of business events throughout the emirate in collaboration with all of its stakeholders.

The Event Report was designed in collaboration with one of the leading big 4 consulting firms in the UAE. Based on the research, the team created content that was concise, to the point, and fit within 30 pages. In terms of design, the ADEB marketing team was clear that the report needed to have a simple yet bold look, with more infographic messaging style, while also adhering to the Company’s Brand Guidelines.

The design choice resulted from the need to embody simple and minimalistic graphics, with a design of transitioning into the next section without any section breaks, and customized iconography to visually depict and highlight the events.

Furthermore, the highlights to pages were the 2021 Summary timelines and the 2022 upcoming events timelines, which need to be more focused and clear messaging while still maintaining the infographic styling.
